The main mod updated but the patch hasn't yet.  The result is
brokenness.

The performance hit is too great right now.

Also shuffle Dwemer Mesh Improvement up the load order a bit.  This
allows the Better Meshes patch to work, and it just makes more sense
to have that with the other mesh mods.

And include instructions on how to avoid conflicts with Project Atlas.

This replaces "Better Regen" on the Total Overhaul list.

This replaces Stronghold Retexture in the Total Overhaul list.

These form a new "Water" category.

Also re-added Fetchers of Morrowind to some mod lists.

Also change the recommended plugin for The Forgotten Shields -
Artifacts so it looks right.

Although the mod is fantastic, as with many city revamp mods they
just cause too much of an FPS hit ingame.  Even one as tasteful as
this still manages to have a very noticeable impact.

So for now, this one is removed from lists.  Eventually, I'm sure the
engine will see optimization work in the area of meshes and
rendering.  Perhaps then it will be a better time to look at mods like
this again.

The mod has been renamed in every place that matters.  A URL route for
'/mods/no-resting-outdoors' has been added to preserve the link; it
simply points to the slug for the new name.
