#327 Track mod versions when possible

It’d be very good to note the version of any given mod on the site.

  • The versions listed on the site would get out of date without some automated process for fetching the data
  • Maybe being out of date isn’t a huge deal, so long as we don’t get too far behind.
  • I strongly oppose using javascript to do this, but maybe it could be done on the backend without impacting page load time too much..
    • Sites like Nexus would no doubt throttle too many connections coming from a single IP, in this case the server’s IP.
