I've used it for some time and after recent updates reverted to older versions:
OAAB_Data v1.2 and Tel Mora 2.2 work good (with more recent versions problems with waterfall meshes).

I've already removed them and logs :-\ Some unsupported NIF options by OpenMW.
Those mods are awesome, but some options are not compatible with OpenMW (in it's current state).
Most problems are listed on OAAB_Data page: texture blending, some scripts etc. Now NIFs :-(
OAAB Grazelands may work almost good with older OAAB Data if you force shaders, but that turns my game into lagfest.
Not an investigation, but my experience:
Removed "OAAB Grazelands" and returned to:
Tower of Vos
Girith's Guar Hides
Old Vos Tradepost
Downgraded OAAB Data to 1.2, Red Vos to 1.2, Tel Mora to 2.2. Ashen Divide works good as i can see.

@alvazir thanks for the research! Any idea about what's wrong with those waterfall meshes? Maybe we can report it to the dev team.
