Delete Branch '%!s(MISSING)'
Add a DB model for a "list of lists" which would allow for multipart modlists.
A "multipart modlist" might be one overall, high level list, but divided into sections/categories.
Additionally, related HTML templates will need to be adjusted to account for multipart lists.
It may be desireable to make all lists multipart, for better usability.
